One system for the whole business
Monarca handled products, purchases, sales, warehouse, accounts receivable, expenses, banks and cash registers, for multiple users. Senescal was the point of sale: cash sessions, payment methods, kitchen orders, fiscal printers, barcodes and touch screens. Cuestor gave real-time reports on sales, products, inventory, customers, purchases, cash and banks, and audit. In ERP terms: administration, operations and reporting on one data model.
A franchise network, nationwide
The system was built for the Subway franchise in Venezuela, and within three years of launch it ran in more than half of the network's stores, reporting to the United States for more than ten years. It later served other brands, such as Ribs & Fries, Ohlala and Coffee Milk. Several of these brands no longer operate in Venezuela, but the experience stays with the team.
Compliance and support, built in
It worked with fiscal machines of every major brand, with remote connectivity and real-time monitoring, and complied with Venezuelan tax law through automated reporting. A remote support infrastructure gave assistance across the country around the clock, and customer retention stayed above 95%.
From one franchise to many industries
The business logic was designed to be adapted to any business model without touching the core. That is how it moved from one franchise to restaurants, supermarkets, hardware stores and other retail, and led to distribution, installations, networks and services.

Why it matters for your project
Administration, point of sale, fiscal rules and reporting are the core of an ERP. We have designed, deployed and supported them across dozens of locations for years, and the same discipline is what we bring today.
